solid-serVision today announced it has been recognized by ServiceNow as the Services Partner with the highest customer satisfaction for 2015.The honor was bestowed at ServiceNow’s Annual Global PartnerNow Summit that took place as part of Knowledge16, the largest gathering of service management professionals using enterprise cloud services to change the way people work.
Customer satisfaction surveys were conducted by ServiceNow on behalf of partners who registered their deployments and implementations between March 31, 2015 and April 1, 2016. The customer satisfaction award is a reflection of strong customer relationships, exceeding customer expectation in terms of software adoption and being a collaborative partner with the ServiceNow account team.
The PartnerNow awards are about recognizing the tremendous contributions of the ServiceNow partner community and rewarding those that have delivered outstanding value to ServiceNow and its customers.
